DESCRIPTION:We are pleased to announce that the midyear Pay-for-Performance (P4P) scorecards are now available. Each site can access its respective scorecard by logging into the Performance Reports webpage. \nThe midyear scorecard provides a snapshot of your site’s current progress\, but it is not your final P4P score. Final scores will incorporate all 2026 data and will be shared in early 2027. \nNext Steps for Your Champion Team: \n\nReview Your Scorecard: Please carefully review your site’s scorecard to ensure all data and calculations are accurate.\nSubmit Contestations to OBI: If you have concerns or identify potential errors\, please use the 2026 Scorecard Contestation Form to report them to the OBI team.
