Each site can access its respective scorecard by logging into the Performance Reports webpage. \nNext Steps for Your Champion Team: \n\nReview Your Scorecard: Please carefully review your site’s scorecard to ensure all data and calculations are accurate.\nSubmit Contestations to OBI: If you have concerns or identify potential errors\, please use the 2025 Scorecard Contestation Form to communicate any issues to the OBI team. The contestation submission period will be open from February 16 through February 27.\n\nTo submit a contestation\, please access the OBI Contact Us form. Be sure to select “2025 Scorecard Contestation Form” from the dropdown menu under “Submit a request.” For your reference\, see the screenshot below showing how to choose the contestation form:\n\n\n\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				After the contestation period closes\, OBI will finalize the scorecards.
