Registration is now open for all OBI Champion Team members. In addition, each site is invited to register one Resident Champion to attend the meeting. Please complete your registration by September 18.

Substitution & Additional Attendee Requests

Substitution Requests: The OBI Coordinating Center will review substitution requests on a rolling, case-by-case basis and notify you of the decision.

Additional Attendee Requests: OBI can only guarantee space for 3 champions and 1 resident from each hospital at our Semiannual Meeting. To request additional attendees, please complete this form. The OBI Coordinating Center will reach out after the semiannual registration has closed to notify you of our decision.
