2026 Midyear P4P Scorecard Contestation Deadline
August 21 - September 4
We are pleased to announce that the midyear Pay-for-Performance (P4P) scorecards are now available. Each site can access its respective scorecard by logging into the Performance Reports webpage.
The midyear scorecard provides a snapshot of your site’s current progress, but it is not your final P4P score. Final scores will incorporate all 2026 data and will be shared in early 2027.
Next Steps for Your Champion Team:
- Review Your Scorecard: Please carefully review your site’s scorecard to ensure all data and calculations are accurate.
- Submit Contestations to OBI: If you have concerns or identify potential errors, please use the 2026 Scorecard Contestation Form to report them to the OBI team. The contestation submission period will be open from August 21 through September 4.
- To submit a contestation, please access the OBI Contact Us form. Be sure to select “2026 Scorecard Contestation Form” from the dropdown menu under “Submit a request.” For your reference, see the screenshot below showing how to choose the contestation form:
After the contestation period closes, OBI will finalize the scorecards. Final midyear scorecards will be sent directly to each site’s P4P administrator.
