To earn points for Measure 3 on the P4P Scorecard, the primary CDA from each site is required to attend.
To earn credit for Measure 6 on the P4P Scorecard, each site must complete the attestation process using the 2026 P4P Submission Form by June 30, 2026.
NTSV Case Reviews support clinicians in lifelong learning and continuous organizational improvement. Per the 2026 P4P Scorecard, selected hospitals are required to submit case reviews annually, and quarterly submissions are encouraged. All champion team members are welcome to join this session to discuss the draft 2027 P4P scorecard. Please register in advance to receive a copy of the draft scorecard before the meeting. We look forward to your questions and feedback!
