NTSV Case Reviews support clinicians in lifelong learning and continuous organizational improvement. Per the 2026 P4P Scorecard, selected hospitals are required to submit case reviews annually, and quarterly submissions are encouraged. This meeting will be held in conjunction with the 2026 OBI Fall Semiannual Meeting. Separate registration is not required. To obtain points for Measure 4 of the P4P Scorecard, the entire Champion Team must attend.
